CSAS School Equity Toolkit Design

CSAS empowers school leaders and teachers with sustainable research and evidence-based practices to support core instruction so that all students succeed. I was approached to design their School Equity Toolkit with the goal of enhancing the understanding of conscious and unconscious discrimination through thoughtfully presented information, proposed action steps, sample assessment and tracking forms, and worksheets. The design was to be bright, colorful, and engaging to encourage school personnel to use the toolkit as an empowering resource.
